Learning, Evolving, and Advancing Professionally Program

The Learning, Evolving, and Advancing Professionally (LEAP) program supports new supervisors in the Division of Child Protection (DCP) to develop their supervisory skills, specifically building on existing strengths through developing action strategies and providing them with coaching. Participants will also be part of a learning community for growth, support, and sharing.

After registering for the program, new DCP supervisors complete a Strengths Finder assessment and six Department of Citywide Administrative Services (DCAS) workshops. They will then engage in individual and group coaching with a focus on developing action strategies. Upon completion of the coaching sessions, participants complete the post-training evaluation.
