Marketing Your Program

This workshop underscores the value of strong brand recognition and the importance of marketing. Learners are trained in the elements of effective messaging, how to identify a target audience, and how to build and integrate messaging into marketing plans. Learners have the opportunity to engage in a variety of discussions, activities and practice sessions throughout the workshop. Upon completion, learners can utilize their messaging plan to recruit and educate a targeted audience about their services.

 

Who Should Attend?

Supervisors and above (i.e., program directors, executives, HR administrators, quality assurance and Improvement staff) working in provider agencies and various ACS divisions (DPS, PPM, FPS, etc.)

 

Course Benefits

Learners will:

  • Understand the elements of effective messaging that help to promote programs and initiatives and launch a successful campaign.
  • Be informed how other agencies and organizations have applied this information successfully.
  • Be trained how to utilize this course information and tools to build their own messaging plans.

Course Components

Once enrolled in the course, learners will complete a half-day, instructor-led workshop. Completion of all components is necessary to receive a Certificate of Completion.
