This eLearning program provides learners with an understanding of the process, outcomes, and obstacles of engagement and how to overcome them. Learners will also explore the benefits of strength-based engagement and how to identify strengths in individuals and families.

Direct service staff working in Child Welfare.

There are no prerequisites for this course.
Once enrolled in the course, learners will complete a 30-minute eLearning course. Completion of all components is necessary to receive a Certificate of Completion.
