About Cornerstone Learning Management System
The ACS Workforce Institute utilizes the Cornerstone Learning Management System (LMS) for the delivery, tracking, reporting, administration, documentation, and automation of our training programs. The Cornerstone LMS allows learners to register for our courses, complete all required components, and view their learning accomplishments.
The Workforce Institute Help Desk works to ensure learners’ success in using the Cornerstone LMS and provides all necessary details to complete their trainings as well as technical support. Troubleshooting issues, navigation, password resets and general questions can be answered by the Workforce Institute Help Desk. The team is available Monday – Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm at wihelpdesk@acs.nyc.gov or 212-748-1898.
Our classes are available in the Cornerstone LMS to ACS staff and employees of ACS contracted provider agencies. A Cornerstone account is required to attend classes. All ACS employees are furnished with an account. Contracted provider agency employees who have never taken a Workforce Institute class, click here to create an account. Others who are interested in our courses can reach out to wihelpdesk@acs.nyc.gov to determine eligibility.
