Learners will:
- Understand how risk aversion and implicit bias play a part in deciding which track to assign a referral received from the Statewide Central Register (SCR).
- Understand how, through the collaborative process, they are supported when they are unsure of which track to assign a referral.

Course Components
Once enrolled in the course, learners will complete:
- A six-minute micro-video.
Completion of all components is necessary to receive a Certificate of Completion.
