This micro video provides strategies to reduce implicit bias in decision making while employing the Collaborative Assessment, Response and Support (CARES) approach.

All Division of Child Protection (DCP) CARES staff and leadership.

  •  Be able to describe strategies that reduce implicit bias while making decisions within the CARES approach.

Course Components

Once enrolled in the course, learners will complete:

  • A 7.5-minute micro video.

Completion of all components is necessary to receive a Certificate of Completion.
