Partnering For Success (PfS): Coaching to Fidelity Collaboratives

This learning program provides both Child Welfare professionals and Mental Health clinicians with an understanding of Partnering for Success, skills to increase the practice of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy+ (CBT+) and introduces strategies for engaging and collaborating with collaterals.


Who Should Attend?

All direct service staff, supervisors, managers and Mental Health Clinicians working in Foster Care services.


Course Benefits

Learners will:

  • Learn strategies for engaging and collaborating with collaterals.
  • Build skills and knowledge to become informed about common Evidence Based Practices (EBPs).
  • Learn a collaborative framework to improve outcomes for children’s safety, permanency and well-being.

There are no prerequisites for this course.


Course Components

Once enrolled in the course, learners will complete:

  • A three-day, instructor-led training.

Completion of all components is necessary to receive a Certificate of Completion.
