This learning program is designed to introduce the framework of the coach approach and provide opportunities to practice and receive feedback. Learners discover how to utilize the skills of the coach approach, support the implementation of coaching in supervision, and build a coaching culture throughout Child Welfare and Juvenile Justice. They gain insight into their strengths and areas of development by completing a self-assessment around each of the six coaching skills. Before attending the instructor-led training, learners must complete an online pre-test and eLearning module.
