Collaborative Casework Practice for Families Under Court Ordered Supervision

This eLearning program provides learners with an overview of the Court Ordered Supervision (COS) process. Learners explore the roles and responsibilities of the Family Services Unit (FSU) and Prevention Service staff in the COS process — and best practices to promote collaboration between both groups. Additionally, learners review specific points in the life of a COS case where collaboration and communication between FSU and Prevention Services are essential.

Direct service staff and supervisors working in Child Protection or Prevention Services.
